The hotel was pleasant, the rooms were very clean. The fitness center was good, but there was no hand sanitizer. The pool and jacuzzi were not usable, due to being unclean.

Avoid rooms by elevators and pool area walls are thin and if your a lite sleeper LA is not for you. Get a room with 405 hwy view you can see bum fights near the canal.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Truly an asset to the team! Angel greeted me with such genuine warmth and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was seamless and that all my requests were handled with a smile. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and professional; they really made me feel like a valued guest from minute one. The room was pristine, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring. If you are like me and get anxiety about Parking be rest assured spacious Parking lot $25 fee but we'll worth it. However, it's the "people first" attitude—led by staff like Angel—that will definitely bring me back here.
